QUESTIONNAIRE

If you are a high school junior or senior and looking to enroll and compete in athletics at an NCAA DI or DII institution, please make sure to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. If you are enrolled at a two year institution, you must also register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. If you are currently attending a four year institution, the athletic staff at Minot State University must first and foremost receive permission to contact from your current college or university.

It is a violation of NCAA regulations (13.11.2 & 13.11.8) for Minot State University to publish lists or comment on prospects before they have signed a Institutional Letter of Intent.
